Hard-working and professional staff at the reception desk and stunning location make it a great choice!

It was clean with very welcoming and pleasant staff at the reception desk. The hotel was set in a very central area very close to shopping streets as well as a supermarket.

Everything was very good, including good hot breakfast with great views of the centre.

We stayed for trip and would return there. Greatly enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay on this holiday. Our reasonably large room was equipped with the basics like a storage, a kettle, and a chair. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a lovely view of cathedral.

The staff was friendly efficient plus the location was unbeatable and amazing. The breakfast served was well priced and hot, everything you could wish for, with fresh orange juice and really lovely fresh orange, as for instance.

Modern design of interiors in guest room. Extremely comfy bed, a safe, coffee, and luggage storage, nice sized room. Very knowledgeable staff at the reception desk, particularly good location close to the town centre, the major sights and attractions and many very good restaurants and bars. Splendid food in the restaurants such as Quitapesares, located 5 min away.

Unbeatable location - next to historic sites and monuments. It also was next to a wood and a river.

Hotel was nice size and superior. The twin room room was included with a huge private terrace with a hot tub and tea. The breakfast was substantial, the food was great. The setting was perfect here and the staff were friendly efficient and incredibly helpful people at the reception desk. You can find Fez a short walk to the property to a have lunch. Overall I liked the stay and recommend.

Great and incredible location - right by a grand Catholic church. Only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Absolutely fabulous and immaculate room with exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a storage space and a kettle.

Had excellent and unbeatable location to all the important areas to visit, a short walk to a grand Catholic church. The staff were service-minded, everything was very comfortable during our stay.
